• When the toy is fully charged, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. The power button will flash repeatedly.

All BEISAR products are 100% waterproof, meaning you can not only clean them with water but also take them into the bath or shower. However, please don't soak the toys in water!
• Most products: Clean with warm, soapy water or a sex toy cleaning solution before using the first time and after every use. Do not use alcohol or other harsh cleaners. Rinse with water but do not submerge or boil the toys. Air dry your toy before storing it.

• Most toys require 90 - 120 minutes to charge. Some products, like male masturbators, may require more charging time. While charging, the power button will flash. When fully charged, the power button will stay lit.

All BEISAR products come with a pin USB charging cable or a magnetic charging cable.
- To charge with the pin cable, fully insert the pin into the charging port. The charging port is a small circle with a tiny pin hole in the center.
- To charge with the magnetic cable, simply tap the magnetic cable end to the metal product port and they will attach to each other.
The power button flashes while the product is charging. When the product is fully charged, the power button light will stay lit. Please unplug the product once charging is complete.
First, check if the toy is fully charged. If so, try pressing the power button for 5 seconds to see if the will turn on with a longer push of the button. If the toy still won’t turn on, please submit a Product Warranty claim. This can be done in the Product Warranty section of the Beisar website.
