First, fully charge the Pogo. The power button flashes during charging but turns solid when fully charged. This should take about 2 hours. Recharge your Pogo at least once every 6 months to maintain battery health.

Yes. The BEISAR Pogo is 100% waterproof, making it easy to clean and safe to use in the shower or bath. After use, rinse your Pogo with warm water and mild soap, and dry it thoroughly. Always ensure the charging contacts are completely dry before recharging your Pogo.

Always use a water-based lubricant before and during insertion. Insufficient lubrication may cause friction, tearing, or discomfort.

Clean your Pogo with warm, soapy water or a sex toy cleaning solution before first use and after every use. Do not use alcohol or other harsh cleaners, and avoid submerging or boiling it. Air dry your Pogothoroughly before storing.
