Inspect the cable upon arrival to ensure it is undamaged. Check that the connectors are clean and free of debris. Before connecting to your toy, ensure both the charging port on your device and the cable connectors are completely dry. Never use a damaged cable — contact us for a replacement if needed.

The BEISAR BEISAR Magnetic Charging Cable is designed for BEISAR toys that use a 2.5mm DC charging port. Please check your toy's product page or user manual to confirm compatibility before use. Using an incompatible cable may damage your device and will void the warranty.

Connect the 2.5mm DC end of the cable to your toy's charging port and plug the USB end into a standard USB power adapter or power bank. The indicator light on your toy will flash during charging and turn solid when fully charged. Charging typically takes 90–120 minutes. Do not leave your toy charging unattended for extended periods.

If your toy is not charging, try the following steps:
• Ensure both the cable and charging port are completely dry and free of debris.
• Try a different USB power source or adapter.
• Check that the cable connectors are firmly seated.
• If the issue persists after trying a different cable or power source, contact our support team — the problem may be with the toy's battery or charging port.

With proper care, the BEISAR Magnetic Charging Cable is built for long-term use. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors, pulling on the cable instead of the plug, or exposing it to excessive heat or moisture. Store it loosely coiled to prevent internal wire damage.

Yes. The USB end of the BEISAR Magnetic Charging Cable is compatible with any standard USB-A power adapter or power bank. We recommend using a 5V/1A adapter for safe and efficient charging. Avoid using fast-charging adapters, as they may deliver more power than your toy's battery is designed to handle.

Store the cable loosely coiled in a dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid wrapping it tightly around objects or kinking it near the connectors. Keep it away from liquids to prevent corrosion of the charging contacts.
